4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Arbitration Process:

  • Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming (or via telephone/video conference if both parties agree)
  • Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, except that we will pay your filing fees if your claim is less than $10,000
  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
  • Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction

Exceptions to Arbitration:

  • Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction
  • Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND NAUGHTY SCHOOLHOUSE, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

11.3 Venue

If arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.


12. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to:

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity (for accounts)
  • At our sole discretion for business reasons

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Site will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naughty Schoolhouse, LLC regarding your use of the Site.

14.2 Severability
